Oberoi Philae The Oberoi Philae – Nile Cruiser, offers guests a cruise on the Nile along the landmarks of an ancient civilization. The journey on Oberoi Philae begins in Luxor or Aswan and courses through Pharaonic dynasties that span thousands of years.
Onboard Oberoi Philae expect elegant interiors with teak panelling, parquet floors, European antiques and Oriental carpets which all combine to create an ambience of luxury.
All the cabins and suites onboard Oberoi Philae are fully equipped. Elegantly upholstered furniture, decorative ironwork on the balconies and rich fabrics and carpets lend an air of a British country house. Each cabin on Oberoi Philae has its own private balcony and sun loungers allow peaceful contemplation of the ever-changing views. Cabins come with a private bathroom with its own private shower cubicle.
Onboard Oberoi Philae, the very highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are observed throughout. A purified water supply and updated fire safety systems are installed on board. A mist system on the sun deck protects guests from excessive summer heat.
On the second deck of Oberoi Philae is the panelled Lounge Bar, which is open for drinks, cocktails and soft drinks. In the evenings, The Lounge Bar hosts a discotheque where guests can dance the night away .
The Philae restaurant on Oberoi Philae offers fine dining in impeccable surroundings. Continental and Egyptian dishes are served on fine china, with crystal, silver plates and white linen all adding to the illusion of country house living.

Oberoi Zahra The Oberoi Zahra continues the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts’ tradition of offering the highest standards of hospitality and luxury and is amongst the most spacious accommodation on the Nile. The mutedly elegant interior of the Luxury Cabins and Luxury Suites onboard Oberoi Zahra is complemented by expansive views of the Nile River framed by large windows within the cabins and the en suite bathrooms. The Oberoi Zahra is the only riverboat on the Nile with a full-service spa.
The Oberoi Zahra sails on a seven-day itinerary from Luxor to Aswan (and vice versa), allowing guests the opportunity to leisurely discover five thousand years of Egyptian culture.
