Oceania Cruises was formed in 2002 by luxury cruise veterans Frank Del Rio and Joseph Watters, and their 5-Star flagship, MS Regatta, was launched in mid-2003. Since then Oceania Cruises has launched two further 5-Star ships (the MS Nautica and MS Insignia), with two more mid-size ships due for delivery in 2010 and 2011.
Oceania Cruises has just received the Conde Nast Traveller Gold List award for the third year running and Travel & Leisure Magazine's "World's Best" for the fourth year running.
