Our Independent Opinion
Azamara Cruises
The basics
Azamara Journey and her sister ship, Azamara Quest are former Renaissance Cruises ships, so are in fact sister ships to those now sailing under the flag of Oceania Cruises. Entering service for Azamara in 2007, both ships accommodate 710 guests with a crew of 394 to look after them. Both vessels have been extensively refurbished, with new European bedding and plasma screens in all cabins.
We like
Both ships aim to be all butler service, an industry first, and will offer destination intensive cruises.
What you should know
Azamara Cruises is operated by Celebrity Cruises and a step up from their very popular fleet of ships.
May we suggest
We have yet to travel on either the Azamara Journey or Quest so please let us know your suggestions.
