Ship Facilities
The 1 to 1.5 service ratio assures you the highest level of personal attention. You’ll notice it in the way the Maitre d’ remembers your name, in the extra personal attention you receive from the divemaster when you’re learning to scuba and in the warmth of your stewardess’ "bonjour" as she places a perfect ripe mango in your fruit basket. Yet surprisingly gratuities are never expected.
24-Hour Room Service
A special 24-hour room service menu is available. During normal dining hours, you may also order from L’Etoile Restaurant and enjoy dinner in your suite.
Butler Service
For those who desire an even more enhanced level of individualized service, Regents Butler service is the ultimate prerequisite. Need an appointment in the Spa? Want to hold a cocktail party in your suite? Have a gift delivered? Your Butler can do it all, quickly, competently and without fuss.
Butler Service is available in the Owner’s and Grand Suites, and categories A and B.
Medical Services
The ship’s Medical Centre is staffed by a doctor and a nurse and equipped to provide medical care for illness or accidents that may occur during the cruise.
Communications
Guests can make telephone calls directly from their suite or stateroom. Fax messages are received and sent through the reception desk. There are two computers and a printer in the Card Room. Internet and Wireless access is available.
