For health and fitness fans, you will find all kinds of ways to work out. Almost the entire top deck Seven Seas Mariner is devoted to golf cages, paddle tennis and a full-circle jogging track. Fitness equipment includes lifecycles, free weights, striders, Stairmasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. A fitness instructor is on hand to offer advice and to demonstrate the use of the equipment. One flight down is the expansive pool deck with its whirlpools and bar, where even on the sunniest days at sea there are always plenty of lounge chairs available.
