The Spa, whose professional therapists provide such specialised treatments as facials, massages, aromatherapy and fitness programmes.
The Salon offer complete hairstyling and related service, including manicures and pedicures for both men and women.
The Gym, complete with men’s and women’s saunas and steam rooms, offers personal training and a array of LifeFitness equipment, including treadmills, recumbent and upright stationary bicycles, bicep curl, chest press, pectoral fly, lat pulldown, back extension, seated leg extension abdominal crunch and free weights
